Upcoming July 17, there is yet one more workshop. You will learn the basics of fermentation. After a presentation we taste samples of all sorts of delicious fermented products. From MelkKefir to sauerkraut. Meanwhile a delicious lunch is being prepared.
After lunch we go to work ourselves. We prepare a pot of sauerkraut and kimchi. For homemade of course, is the best! You get your first basic tools to do the job: a ferment masher, two jars and a Getting Started guide with recipes.

The workshop takes 4 hours and costs € 60, – p/p. You go home with two jars filled with your first self-fermented sauerkraut and kimchi, a ferment masher and a Getting Started guide with recipes.
